About Christian Family Institute
Christian Family Institute was founded in 1996 by Drs. Rick and Kathy Roepke. They have been married since 1986 and have two children, Emily and Erik. Rick and Kathy are active in their local church and have led marriage enrichment seminars in Bowling Green, Kentucky, and across the country.
What We Do
Christian Family Institute is here to assist you in using the right keys to unlock the door to better mental and emotional health.
We offer Christian counseling services to a diverse population. We provide services to individuals, couples, and families, including students (middle school through college) and adults. We have therapists that specialize in a wide variety of issues.
How We Contribute To Growth
Growth is essential to good mental health and we are available to help persons through transitional periods in their lives. Christian Family Institute focuses on a variety of topics, from deepening interpersonal skills to renewing relationships, building upon earlier success and learning new skills for a better future.

“When I started having several problems with physical and mental health I went to several different doctors looking for an answer. During this time my stress level became unbearable and I felt very lost and confused. My husband and I were actively praying that God would show us His plan.
One day I had an appointment with my family doctor and he made a recommendation for me to see someone that I could talk to about my life. Appointments are available Monday through Friday, with times available morning, afternoon, and evening, subject to availability. Most insurance is accepted, as are cash and checks. We accept most forms of electronic payment, including Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
